Review of Neighorly Complications by Anne Conley

I read Neighborly Complications (Stories of Serendipity) by Anne Conley. I give it a 5. It was a great book when I was reading it time just flew by.  Be warned it is a little steamy between the two main characters Claire and Max.  So Claire just moved in to this home that she inherited from her uncle and the reason she chose it was the rumors that there was gold buried there.  She gets there and she gets into trouble her first day and that is when she meets Max.  Max is her neighbor who is a good looking widow.  There is instant attraction between the two of them Max wants to see where it will lead them but Claire is the jilted bride and not looking for a relationship.  So Claire goes about starting to remodel her house and look for the gold but it seems every time she turns around there is some new danger and Max is always there to save her.  Does Claire finally give Max a chance to heal her broken heart read to find out?  I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
