I was asked to read Venus Rising by Celia Kennedy for an
honest review. Akshaya is a beautiful and intelligent art professor at the
University. Jared is at the University
for a year to be a guest teacher to talk about all his travels and his
books. From the beginning they are
attracted to each other but you soon find out that they both have scars that
cause problems for the two of them. The
characters go through a lot of emotional ups and downs they keep you guessing
to the end. The author does a great job
with the details of the places they have been and the problems that have made
them the way they are. I would give this
book a 4 star just because it was a little slow in the beginning but once you
get past that you get drawn into the book.

Review for Charotte's Restrained by Celia Kennedy
I was given Charlotte’s Restrained: Book 1, The Accidental
Stalker by Celia Kennedy for an honest review.
The book is about a woman Charlotte who went on a holiday with a bunch
of her girlfriends and celebrity Des Bannerman is there as well. Des Bannerman is her favorite celebrity so
she makes it her job to run into him while there. Well she finds him they talk and there are
pictures taken of them completely out of context. So while nothing happened all of a sudden
Charlotte has a restraining order against her and she doesn’t know why. She goes about her business and life trying
to put this behind her she meets a very cute Irishman by the name of Liam. She and Liam are getting along great when the
Des situation is brought back up again.
What happens next, you will have to read and find out? I found this book
to be confusing and it jumped around quite a bit. I give it 3 stars
