A new society was born
In the year 2300 Dr. Smith’s descendants are ushering in the twenty fourth century having maintained control of the government that still rules society. Twins, Aiya and Aiyan, are preparing to meet their matches and take control of House Gaeland, the current ruling House. But not everything is as it seems.
Nature vs Nurture
Love is Love... it knows no gender and doesn’t conform to restrictions or boundaries. Aiyan has found his soul mate in Kaden, the prince of House Devi, that he is matched with and eventually marries. But when the person Aiya falls in love with tests the boundaries put in place after GWI, all hell breaks loose. And in the midst of one secret unraveling, another will emerge. There is a growing anomaly that threatens to destroy over two hundred years of progression. This anomaly is known as Opposites.
*WARNING* Opposites is an Adult Dystopian majorly M/M novel that contains explicit sexual content and relationships between gay, lesbian and straight couples. There are brief scenes of violence.

He
couldn’t take his eyes off of Aiyan, who seemed to sense Kaden’s eyes on him.
The beautiful man standing across the room looked up and met Kaden’s gaze, then
graced him with a crooked smile and Kaden could do nothing but return the
smile. It took everything Kaden had in him not to walk across the room and
claim his first kiss right then and there.

The hall
was in disarray as preparations for the upcoming weddings were already underway.
A dozen or so chairs were grouped in one corner, across from the Grand Piano,
as well as three settees pushed together in the middle of the room. The twins
were standing by the piano deep in conversation so they didn’t notice Tanis,
Sawyer and Ian when they walked into the room.
Tanis
and Sawyer had skipped dinner to familiarize themselves with the palace and,
out of habit, ran a quick patrol around the perimeter. Ian, second in command
of the Guardai, was only too happy to give them a tour. Maeve watched the trio
interact and immediately noticed something different about her brother’s
demeanor. Standing before him were two deliciously hot men, and he seemed
completely unaware. Normally he would be off in a dark corner somewhere with
one, or both, of them doing dirty things. But he was mesmerized by the young
Priest.
The
secrecy of Sawyer’s sexuality had yet to become a topic of discussion, so
Tanis’s lack of interest was definitely a blessing in disguise. Aside from
Kaden and his family no one else here knew that Sawyer was straight. Being born
and raised as an Outkast until he was taken in by Kaden’s family, he had the
opportunity to develop his own personality without the restrictions of
expectation. It helped that the ambassadors of House Devi had always allowed
their children the freedom of choice without consequence.
Kaden,
Sawyer, and Tanis randomly rearranged the sparse furnishings into a seating
area of sorts, in the middle of the room. Ian stood his post by the door as
everyone happily took a seat, thankfully not pairing off by families, as Aiyan
walked over to a closet in the corner and withdrew his violin.
Kaden
noticed the visible change in his body language, immediately relaxing as he
stroked the strings lovingly. It was made of black onyx with sterling silver
strings running its length with a matching bow. There was a small silver symbol
at the top that Kaden couldn’t quite make out from this distance.
